TL;DR

Strategic Alliance Partner Manager (Fintech): Driving revenue growth through key reseller partnerships for digital banking and lending solutions with an accent on joint go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. Focus on designing "better together" value propositions, aligning sales teams, and optimizing the partner ecosystem within the Salesforce environment.

Location: Austin, TX. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

A leading provider of digital banking and lending solutions to banks, credit unions, alternative finance companies, and fintechs in the U.S. and internationally.

What you will do

  • Create and design "better together" value propositions for partners and specific hirify.global solutions.
  • Develop and implement GTM strategies and recommended sales plays for the hirify.global field.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build joint customer presentations, win stories, and integration collateral.
  • Align hirify.global and partner sales teams to achieve revenue targets and hit sales targets.
  • Identify and facilitate sponsorship for partner events and conduct systematic joint account planning.
  • Track and analyze joint sales progress, pipeline, and win rates to adapt sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in direct or channel sales roles, preferably within the Finance industry.
  • Proven experience selling within the cloud-based software industry.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem with strong knowledge of the platform and solutions.
  • Deep experience specifically within the financial services industry.
