What you will do

• Drive the implementation of global sourcing standards, policies, and ways of working.
• Analyze and improve sourcing processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across countries.
• Develop KPI dashboards and reporting tools to monitor sourcing performance.
• Lead international projects focusing on sourcing events, payment term optimization, and ESG initiatives.
• Manage sourcing digitalization projects and assess system enhancements for global applicability.
• Build a key-user network and provide training to drive the adoption of sourcing systems.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement processes and principles.
• Experience working within an international matrix organization.
• Expertise in sourcing systems and S2C suites, preferably GEP.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
