What you will do

• Take ownership of semiconductor manufacturing processes including diffusion, photolithography, and encapsulation.
• Optimize process parameters to ensure stable and repeatable manufacturing output.
• Monitor process performance using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and report key metrics.
• Analyze yield and in-process data to identify trends and root causes of deviations.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities such as 8D, 5-Why, and DMAIC.
• Support process qualification for new products and process changes.

Requirements

• Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Semiconductor Engineering.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven problem solving.
• Basic understanding of SPC, statistical analysis, or quality tools like JMP or Minitab.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support shop floor operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts.
