What you will do
- Resolve high-profile fabrication incidents using methodologies like Six Sigma, 8D, and KT.
- Plan, execute, and analyze engineering trials across diffusion, assembly, and life-test processes.
- Develop robust process modules and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Lead feasibility studies on new technology concepts, including risk analysis and experimental design.
- Facilitate silicon qualifications to optimize yield and manufacturability.
- Support business-critical engineering activities to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Experience as a Process or Integration Engineer in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of semiconductor device principles and electrical characteristics.
- Strong data analysis skills for identifying root causes of yield issues.
- Ability to work a rotating day-shift pattern (2x week A and 2x week B).
- Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and decision-making.
Nice to have
- Understanding of electrical test principles for TrenchMOS / Power MOSFET products.
- Knowledge of silicon substrate and epitaxy requirements for power semiconductor devices.
