What you will do

• Lead region-for-region manufacturing programs from design transfer through production readiness.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications into manufacturing capability requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard domestic and international suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier qualification, readiness reviews, and manufacturing ramp-up activities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Requirements

• Must operate through own LLC as a contract consultant.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing project management, operations, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supplier management.
• Proven experience working with domestic and international suppliers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).
