What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Operations Program Managers across NPI and Sustaining programs.
• Drive supply chain readiness for new product launches from EVT through high-volume mass production.
• Oversee global factory operations and manage executive relationships with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to meet yield and quality KPIs.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management on supplier selection, launch strategy, and ramp planning.
• Architect long-term capacity plans and manage multi-million dollar capital expenditures (Capex).
• Own the operational budget for NPI and Sustaining programs, including Opex and variance reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Hardware Operations, Technical Program Management, or Engineering Leadership.
• 3+ years in a formal people management role.
• Deep expertise in the full product lifecycle (EVT, DVT, PVT, MP ramp, and sustaining).
• Significant experience working on-site at international manufacturing facilities (JDM/ODM).
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing large-scale budgets.
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 30%.
