What you will do

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of software and controls development projects from concept to production launch.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure efficient production processes.
• Lead and mentor project teams to guarantee successful, on-time delivery of milestones.
• Present technical information to stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects in a technical or engineering environment.
• Solid understanding of product development and engineering change management.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, or transportation industries.
• Knowledge of Agile and V-model development processes.
• Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum).
• Knowledge of functional safety and cybersecurity regulations.
