What you will do

• Lead and manage project teams including developers, QA, and business partners.
• Develop and execute project plans, track milestones, and manage resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Define project scope, create project charters, and manage change requests.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues through effective communication.
• Coordinate user discovery sessions and collaborate with architects to define technical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing WMS implementation projects, preferably with Manhattan WMS (WMi, WMOS, MAWM).
• Strong ability to lead small projects or specific workstreams of larger initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills to lead business and IT associates.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical and business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
