What you will do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on metrology and defect inspection tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance using SPC and FDC methodologies.
• Complete detailed maintenance documentation and train team members on equipment procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure safety and reliability requirements are met.
• Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in Metrology/Defect area.
• Solid understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FDC (Fault Detection and Classification).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interface with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• AS/AAS degree in Electronics or related industrial engineering field, or equivalent experience.
