What you will do

• Operate CNC milling, grinding, and polishing equipment to process glass materials.
• Perform precise alignment and assembly of optical components.
• Conduct quality inspections using advanced metrology tools like interferometers and CMM.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure workplace safety in a cleanroom environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve operational efficiency and process quality.
• Document process data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be work authorized in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to work a compressed 12-hour shift schedule (Back End Days: Thu-Sat, alternate Wed).
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a vocational trade preferred.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full protective gear.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
• Comfortable working around lasers, chemicals, and high-voltage equipment.
