What you will do

• Develop and lead projects to optimize quality, delivery, and cost metrics in a high-volume fab.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and device teams to drive yield and throughput improvements.
• Perform tool-to-tool matching, scrap reduction, and defect reduction activities.
• Manage new part and technology introductions along with tool installation and startup qualifications.
• Implement and maintain Six-Sigma statistical process control methods.
• Troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues to an advanced level.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Science).
• 5-10 years of experience in related semiconductor fields.
• Expertise in at least one metrology method: CDSEM, Overlay, Film thickness, or Sheet Resistance.
• Solid knowledge of process control, sampling optimization, and data analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with worldwide connections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
