What you will do

• Configure and maintain GTM workflows, automation, and validation rules within CRM and GTM tools.
• Translate business process requirements into scalable, system-driven workflows.
• Partner with GTM Operations, RevOps, and Enablement teams to align workflows with business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort through automation.
• Monitor CRM usage, stage progression, and process adherence across GTM teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to surface adoption trends and execution gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or CRM-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM systems.
• Proven ability to support workflows, automation, and process optimization initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders.
