What you will do

  • Oversee territory management maintenance and ensure operational consistency across the Canada, LATAM, and Key Accounts sales organization.
  • Maintain data hygiene by validating data integrity and enforcing pipeline hygiene.
  • Align lifecycle stages and funnel definitions across Sales and Customer Success.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for the full funnel (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline health) and provide monthly KPI reporting to leadership.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify key performance metrics and deliver proactive, actionable recommendations based on analytics.
  • Partner with Sales SVP, SalesOps Director, and Regional GTM leadership on ad hoc reporting and operational projects.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales/GTM/Rev Operations roles within a tech environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience scaling sales operations across regions or business units in high-growth environments.
