What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end order ecosystem, reviewing quotes and validating purchase orders to execute high-volume transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Govern the entitlement lifecycle for direct and partner accounts, ensuring correct subscription plans and features are deployed.
• Collaborate with Order Operations leadership to refine internal workflows and scale global business growth.
• Act as the primary point of contact for order-related discrepancies across Deal Desk, Business Operations, Sales, and Technical teams.
• Support Sales Representatives by creating and updating accounts and resolving urgent inquiries to maintain deal momentum.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data validation.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with Salesforce Billing or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
