What you will do

  • Develop sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies to address complex client needs.
  • Collaborate with service teams on pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and post-renewal analysis.
  • Maintain accountability for revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction across assigned accounts.
  • Oversee client onboarding and establish effective implementation plans and timelines.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors to ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor industry trends and compliance requirements, including HIPAA, ERISA, and PPACA.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of benefits consulting experience required.
  • Valid life and health insurance license required.
  • Must be based in Florida.
  • Practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database applications.
  • Ability to influence and interact effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
