Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid: 10+ days/month in-office)
Salary: $168,000 – $210,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and manage the Global KYC and Due Diligence team to ensure high performance and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement world-class KYC and due diligence policies and procedures.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and identify effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives.
- Monitor process efficiency and adjust workflows to achieve optimal results.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of due diligence experience with a track record of implementing scalable operations.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AML/CFT and OFAC regulations, requirements, and tools.
- Strong public data research and report writing skills.
- Experience with AI tools for KYB/KYC.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Nice to have
- CAMS certification.
- Professional certifications in compliance or related areas.
- Experience with global management across time zones.
