TL;DR

Senior Manager, Global KYC and Due Diligence (Fintech): Leading the global KYC and due diligence operations to ensure adherence to international regulatory standards with an accent on AML/CFT and OFAC compliance. Focus on building scalable processes, managing cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI tools to mitigate financial risk.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid: 10+ days/month in-office)

Salary: $168,000 – $210,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the Global KYC and Due Diligence team to ensure high performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement world-class KYC and due diligence policies and procedures.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments and identify effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives.
  • Monitor process efficiency and adjust workflows to achieve optimal results.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of due diligence experience with a track record of implementing scalable operations.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of AML/CFT and OFAC regulations, requirements, and tools.
  • Strong public data research and report writing skills.
  • Experience with AI tools for KYB/KYC.
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

  • CAMS certification.
  • Professional certifications in compliance or related areas.
  • Experience with global management across time zones.
