What you will do

• Prepare and process cash flow transactions including payroll, tax, and treasury payments.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, and intercompany settlements.
• Oversee daily cash operations, bank account reconciliations, and account configurations.
• Support internal/external audits, FBAR compliance, and restricted account monitoring.
• Execute Stablecoin (RLUSD) treasury operations and provide OTC trading support.
• Manage global bank accounts, exchange relationships, and user access for treasury systems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate treasury operations in a high-growth or multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, FX, and digital asset payments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners across Tax, Legal, and Accounting.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of self-direction and proactive problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems like GTreasury or Kyriba.
• MBA, CFA, or CTP certification.
