Treasury Manager (Digital Assets)

Location: Hybrid; managers and teams decide which 10+ days per month they come into the office.

Salary: For positions based in New York, $144,000–$180,000 USD annual base salary, excluding equity, bonuses, and commissions.

What you will do

• Prepare, assess, and process cash flow transactions covering payroll, taxes, bank fees, and Treasury payments.
• Manage entity funding, capital calls, loans, grants, intercompany settlements, and liquidity for wallet and funding obligations.
• Oversee daily cash operations, bank reconciliations, account configurations, bank feeds, credentials, and centralized bank data.
• Execute stablecoin RLUSD Treasury operations, OTC trading support, RPD operations, and corporate payments using crypto assets.
• Manage global bank and exchange accounts, KYC, signatories, FBAR reporting, user access, bank fees, yields, and Letters of Credit.
• Support GTreasury implementation, TMS administration, audit and compliance activities, JIRA troubleshooting, AI, and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate Treasury operations, preferably in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
• Deep expertise in domestic, cross-border, foreign exchange, and digital asset payments.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with a SaaS Treasury Management System such as GTreasury or Kyriba.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to work proactively and respond quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or CTP certification.
• Experience implementing a Treasury Management System.
