Account Manager (BizFiTech)

Location: Must be based in London, UK. The role requires office attendance four days a week (Monday - Thursday).

What you will do

• Identify sales prospects and develop strategic plans to meet revenue targets across the Culture category.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key advertising decision-makers at agencies and client organizations.
• Collaborate with the CNX Creative Strategy team to pitch and deliver creative solutions for clients.
• Manage the full sales negotiation process, from initial pitch to closing and administrative paperwork.
• Create quarterly and annual business plans to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts.
• Provide accurate business estimates and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in multi-platform media sales, with a strong focus on digital and social.
• Proven track record of consistently delivering on sales targets.
• Strong understanding of client requirements in commercially-funded digital and video content.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with both agencies and direct clients.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office four days per week.
