What you will do
- Identify and secure new, high-value advertisers to expand market share.
- Maintain and grow revenue from existing accounts based on KPI targets.
- Manage, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve collective success.
- Monitor team performance and address underperformance.
- Create insight-led pitches to drive Audio-Xi and digital revenues.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and pipeline forecasting via CRM systems.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B sales working toward KPIs.
- Experience in securing high-value new business or growing existing accounts.
- Leadership capability to inspire and coach others.
- Strong commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities in competitive markets.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Newcastle or Teeside offices (Hybrid).
