What you will do

• Manage practice operational functions and support paraprofessional staff in implementing policies and procedures.
• Oversee staff operational performance, coordinate work schedules, and mentor team members in their career development.
• Lead team coordination of inventory cycle counts and manage fulfillment of inventory needs.
• Engage with clients to ensure high-quality treatment and resolve conflicts or complaints.
• Ensure clinic facilities and equipment are well-maintained according to OSHA guidelines.
• Serve as a PIMS administrative super-user, providing technical assistance to the practice team.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Atlanta (GA), Parrish (FL), Jacksonville (FL), or Lutz (FL).
• 3+ years of experience as a Practice Manager in a veterinary setting.
• Experience mentoring and leading others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, observational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage conflict resolution with empathy and compassion.
• Physical ability to stand or walk up to 80% of a shift and lift 50 to 70+ pounds.

Nice to have

• Successful completion and current certification of the CVPM program.
• Ability to meet the qualifications for the CVPM designation.
• 2 years of supervised experience with veterinary radiation machines.
