Location: Must be based in Manila, Philippines (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Provide front-line support to end users of the BAMS product suite via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and manage trading-related inquiries from origin to resolution.
- Utilize Agentic AI tools and automation platforms for issue diagnosis and response generation.
- Identify and implement AI-driven improvements for monitoring and repetitive support processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide consistent updates on issue status.
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and AI training datasets to improve support automation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computing or Finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading operations.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and Transact SQL.
- Experience in client-facing technical support roles.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, or workflow automation.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, real-time environment supporting traders and IT groups.
Nice to have
- Front office (trader) support experience.
- Experience with product functional testing.
