What you will do

• Provide first-line support to business clients regarding technical, functional, and product-related inquiries.
• Manage the implementation of banking channels following successful onboarding.
• Maintain and modify channel configurations according to global process procedures.
• Conduct client demonstrations of ING portals and provide advisory support on functionalities.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and global business partners across various geographies.

Requirements

• Mandarin: Fluent proficiency required
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for conveying complex information.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Client-driven approach with superior attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working in a Payments and Cash department.
