• Own and manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies to meet agreed objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and critical path analysis to mitigate risks.
• Drive the integration of hirify.global into customer business processes, controls, and operational workflows.
• Track and report project health, implementing get-well plans when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, CSM, and Solution Engineering.
• Contribute to internal and public-facing documentation and practice development.

Требования

• Fluency in Japanese is a mandatory requirement.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or similar leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing long-term, multi-million dollar enterprise implementations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts, networking, and database architectures.
• Consultative mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for customer-facing environments.
