What you will do

• Construct and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze and mitigate project risks while ensuring team alignment with SLAs.
• Lead status calls, planning sessions, and cadence meetings to track progress.
• Bridge communication between technical teams and account management roles.
• Manage customer change requests with a balance of empathy and assertiveness.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in SCRUM or general project management methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT architectural concepts.
• Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work from Tokyo, Japan.
