What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, time, cost, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide leadership and direction to project team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and facilitate lessons learned sessions.
• Present status reports to senior management and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written).
• Ability and willingness to travel outside Japan.
• Demonstrated success in leading through influence.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and practices.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with MS Project.
