What you will do

• Collaborate with government and private organizations to develop effective procurement strategies.
• Assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Assist clients in drafting comprehensive requests for public tenders and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and legal frameworks.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage relationships, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Conduct training and workshops to enhance client procurement maturity.

Requirements

• Master degree in economics, law, engineering, computer science, or related fields.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in a consultancy firm or governmental institution.
• Deep knowledge of public tendering procedures, strategies, and regulations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).
• Must have valid work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable conclusions.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Belgian and international legislation.
• Proficiency in French.
• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad.
