Senior Digital Procurement Specialist (AI/Cloud)

Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands. Candidates must currently live in the Netherlands. Hybrid work with office collaboration several days per week.

Gross annual salary: €83,000–€117,000, including FlexBudget and an 8% holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for software, SaaS, cloud services, AI solutions, and digital services.
• Lead market analyses, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier selection processes, and commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements, software licences, SaaS agreements, and contract renewals.
• Advise stakeholders on licensing strategies, benchmarking, pricing models, and contract governance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, standardization, and value creation.
• Support risk management related to cybersecurity, data protection, and digital suppliers.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant procurement or commercial experience.
• Experience in IT, digital, software, cloud, or technology sourcing.
• Experience managing RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
• Strong contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS agreements, and cloud commercial models.
• Professional English communication skills and current residence in the Netherlands are required. A bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience, is expected.
