Tender Agent (Medical Devices)

Location: Brussels/Diegem, Belgium; hybrid working options available.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end management of public and private customer tenders.
• Prepare, coordinate, review, and deliver tender submissions and related documents within required deadlines.
• Conduct background research, document searches, and data collection for tender preparation.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
• Track contracts, manage issues, report trends, and respond to stakeholder inquiries through CRM systems.
• Place sample orders required for tender submissions and support process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration, legal topics, or customer service.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Good command of MS Office and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
