What you will do

• Manage the sourcing and procurement of indirect goods and services ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Execute supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing procurement processes and documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel.
• English: Proficiency required for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills in Dutch or German.
