TL;DR

VP, Field & Partner Enablement (SaaS): Defining and leading the global enablement strategy to equip the sales organization with capabilities and tools in the CX market with an accent on value-based selling and AI-powered learning. Location: United States (Flexible Office / Remote)

Salary: $213,200 - $375,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute a global sales enablement vision and multi-year strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Accelerate time to productivity for new hires and improve overall sales effectiveness.
  • Lead enablement strategy to support product adoption and effective articulation of CX value propositions.
  • Operationalize value-based selling frameworks and embed AI-powered enablement tools.
  • Establish a unified approach to sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and customer engagement models.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global enablement organization, including regional and functional leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, or GTM leadership within SaaS or tech.
  • Proven experience operating at enterprise scale with global responsibility.
  • Demonstrated success leading transformational initiatives like new product launches or business model evolution.
  • Experience influencing C-level executive stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of building strategic programs with measurable business impact.
  • Must be based in the United States.
