Salary: $105,840 – $151,200

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of SDRs, including hiring and shaping career progression programs.
  • Maintain operational rigor to drive a predictable business and meet aggressive revenue milestones.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to design and execute GTM plans for pipeline generation.
  • Create reporting and feedback loops regarding team performance, KPIs, and pipeline forecasts.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative culture within a hybrid in-office environment.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and facilitate a feedback loop between Sales and other departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
  • 1+ years of experience building and managing a Sales or Sales Development Org in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience selling complex technical products.
  • Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to give and receive thoughtful feedback.
  • Must be based in the United States.
