Salary: $105,840 – $151,200

What you will do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of SDRs, including hiring and shaping career progression programs.
- Maintain operational rigor to drive a predictable business and meet aggressive revenue milestones.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success to design and execute GTM plans for pipeline generation.
- Create reporting and feedback loops regarding team performance, KPIs, and pipeline forecasts.
- Foster a positive and collaborative culture within a hybrid in-office environment.
- Identify innovation opportunities and facilitate a feedback loop between Sales and other departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
- 1+ years of experience building and managing a Sales or Sales Development Org in B2B SaaS.
- Experience selling complex technical products.
- Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to give and receive thoughtful feedback.
- Must be based in the United States.
