What you will do

  • Conduct consistent outbound prospecting and lead generation targeting US-based companies to build a healthy pipeline.
  • Run multi-channel outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social selling) to identify and qualify decision-makers.
  • Consultatively pitch agency offerings and match prospects to scalable lower-priced products or high-ticket web projects.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, communication histories, and pipeline stages in GoHighLevel CRM.
  • Secure and schedule highly qualified appointments and pitch meetings for the agency’s leadership team.
  • Track, analyze, and report daily and weekly outbound outreach KPIs to hit monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • US experience is required.
  • 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience as an appointment setter or business development representative.
  • Native-level English proficiency with excellent neutral verbal and written communication for US corporate clients.
  • Proven experience managing pipelines in modern CRMs (GoHighLevel experience is a major plus).
  • Resilient, self-managed outbound performer who can drive high volumes and maintain performance under commission-driven targets.
  • Experience working with digital marketing agencies and understanding SEO, web development, and social media marketing frameworks.
