What you will do

• Lead technical analysis and decompose complex App features into detailed, development-ready user stories.
• Define and prioritize the sprint backlog and goals for the squad to ensure steady delivery.
• Create clear and detailed user stories with testable acceptance criteria and measurable benefits.
• Interpret technical documentation and architecture diagrams to guide product decisions and alignment.
• Facilitate communication and problem solving between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies using Scrum and the Agile for hirify.global framework.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in business analysis, technical product management, or technical product ownership.
• Hands-on experience within Mobile App domains.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with system engineers, product managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-organizing approach to driving workload and feature capabilities.
• Must be based in the UK to support hybrid working across company campuses.
