Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen, London, or Warsaw

What you will do

  • Own the product vision and backlog for key Portfolio Management capabilities.
  • Translate complex portfolio manager needs into actionable product increments delivered sprint by sprint.
  • Lead and prioritize backlogs for 1–2 full-stack scrum teams, balancing value, quality, and technical health.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to define workflows, interactions, and data models for front-office contexts.
  • Validate priorities and iterate quickly using PM feedback, usage data, and client input.
  • Act as the primary voice of the portfolio manager in all product and design decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Experience building B2B or enterprise software, ideally for asset managers or front-office users.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Portfolio Management, Portfolio Construction, and PM decision-making workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead agile teams and deliver real outcomes.
  • Comfort working with analytics, data, and financial concepts.
  • English: Professional fluency required (applications must be submitted in English)

Nice to have

  • Experience with analytics-heavy or workflow-driven products.
  • Experience with hirify.global Dimension® or similar platforms.
