Principal Product Manager (FinTech)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid workplace model

What you will do

• Own the product vision and backlog for one or more portfolio management capabilities.
• Translate portfolio manager needs into product increments and prioritize delivery for 1–2 full-stack scrum teams.
• Shape workflows, interactions, and data models with engineers and designers for front-office use cases.
• Define portfolio monitoring, exposure and risk analysis, scenario evaluation, rebalancing, order generation, and execution workflows.
• Write product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using feedback, usage data, and client input to refine priorities.
• Collaborate with product peers and clients to maintain coherent portfolio management workflows and support demos.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience building B2B or enterprise software, preferably for asset managers or other front-office users.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, portfolio construction, and portfolio manager decision-making workflows.
• Comfort working with analytics, data, and financial concepts.
• Ability to lead agile teams, communicate clearly, navigate complexity, and deliver outcome-focused results.
• Strong focus on usability, workflow quality, and collaboration with engineers, designers, and product peers.
