TL;DR
Product Owner (Data): Building and optimizing high-impact, user-focused data-driven products and sophisticated data platforms with an accent on backlog prioritisation, user stories, and agile delivery. Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 Per annum + bonus + benefits

What you will do
- Own and prioritise the backlog for key data products and services.
- Translate product strategy into clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate hand-in-hand with engineers, analysts, designers, and senior stakeholders.
- Champion data quality, usability, governance, and value at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Bring clarity, pace, and purpose to agile delivery.
- Communicate progress, learnings, and outcomes with confidence and impact.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Junior Product Manager in data-driven or platform-based products.
- Working on data, analytics, or API-driven products.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Databricks or similar).
- Understanding of BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent.
- Strong agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban).
- Confident communicator who can simplify the complex and bring teams together.
