What you will do

• Own and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, claims, and finance stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to define effective product solutions.
• Work closely with development, QA, and UX teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-led decision making and customer feedback.
• Ensure products are delivered against agreed KPIs and business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within the insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, underwriting processes, and policy administration.
• Experience delivering insurance technology and digital transformation projects.
• Demonstrable experience with low-code/no-code underwriting platforms and configuration tools.
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

Nice to have

• Exposure to platforms such as Earnix, hx, Novidea, VIPR, Socotra, Guidewire, Duck Creek, or Instanda.
