Location: Must be based in or near the DMV area (DC, Maryland, Virginia) for executive engagement.

Salary: $204,800 – $281,600 USD (Base salary only).

What you will do

• Act as the strategic lead for breaking into new government agencies and accounts.
• Partner with sales leadership to design long-term strategies for high-value opportunities.
• Serve as a peer-level advisor to senior government leaders regarding cybersecurity mandates and Zero Trust transitions.
• Represent the company at major summits and executive roundtables to position the brand as a mission-critical standard.
• Provide market intelligence to product and strategy teams to align roadmaps with government procurement priorities.
• Cultivate relationships with leadership at major System Integrators and Cloud Service Providers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience navigating the State and Local Government sector.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to security and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record of influencing large-scale enterprise deals and managing executive-level relationships.
• Sophisticated understanding of public sector procurement cycles and compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, NIST, and CMMC.
• Ability to travel up to 35% for high-stakes customer meetings and industry events.
• Must reside in the contiguous United States.
