What you will do

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and record management.
• Lead HRIS administration to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and workflow optimization.
• Draft and manage employment contracts, policy documentation, and HR communications.
• Standardize scalable processes by identifying gaps and implementing SOPs.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with vendors and finance teams.
• Own performance review cycles, probation confirmations, and manager training.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in HR/People Operations, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, HRIS, payroll coordination, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools and process documentation.
• Must be based in London, UK for on-site work.
