UX Designer (Monetization)

Salary: $117,800 – $184,000 USD (depending on location)

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and data partners.
• Lead design work across the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Conduct research to understand streamer and viewer needs and motivations.
• Develop hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative data to improve design outcomes.
• Contribute to and improve existing design patterns and approaches.
• Present design work to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in UX design with a focus on content discovery or engagement.
• Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills, including mobile prototyping.
• Expertise with Figma.
• Experience in E-Commerce or Monetization design.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to make confident design decisions.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working on consumer software products.
• Experience with AI tooling.
• Experience executing research plans with real customers.
• Knowledge of design systems.
• Formal education in Design, Interaction/UX Design, or HCI.
