What you will do

• Design, prototype, and test user experiences for digital financial products, focusing on optimizing online loan and bank account applications.
• Create visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces that align with business goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to iterate on and refine design solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, components, and workflows using Figma.
• Implement AI-assisted design workflows and use automation tools like Make to improve design efficiency.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate the rationale behind design decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional UX design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and advanced prototyping.
• Experience applying user research and stakeholder input to inform design decisions.
• Working knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Make) and AI tools (e.g., Claude Code).
• Ability to work independently on complex problems within a cross-functional team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Axure or similar advanced prototyping tools.
