UX Designer (Medtech)

Salary: $123,500–$185,000 + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Design and iterate on consumer-oriented features that simplify complex health data and drive behavior change.
• Translate user research and analytics into scalable design frameworks and service blueprints.
• Lead project work streams to translate clinical and technical requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and clinicians to ensure high-quality implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional UX experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of designing accessible, responsive web and mobile applications.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end design process from conceptual foundations to refined details.
• Must not require employer sponsored work authorization for employment in the US.

Nice to have

• Expertise in building scalable design systems and data-heavy interfaces.
• Familiarity with AI prototyping tools such as V0 or Cursor.
• Experience in Service Design, Behavioral Science, or clinical research.
• Strong background in healthcare, medical services, or bringing regulated consumer products to market.
