What you will do

• Design user-centered website experiences across the web ecosystem, translating business, marketing, and technical requirements into elegant, scalable interfaces.
• Evolve and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries.
• Support website redesign, migration, and digital modernization initiatives.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes with thoughtful animations and transitions for modern digital experiences.
• Partner with developers, marketers, brand teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver polished, production-ready designs.
• Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve design speed, quality, research, ideation, and scalability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX digital web design.
• Deep expertise in website UI/UX, interaction design, responsive layouts, and modern digital experiences.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale website redesigns, migrations, and digital modernization initiatives.
• Strong experience creating scalable design systems, reusable UI patterns, and component libraries.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, responsive design, and conversion-focused UX best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS architectures and composable web platforms.
• Familiarity with analytics, heatmaps, experimentation, or user behavior tools for UX decisions.
• Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or infrastructure environments.
• Understanding of modern SEO/AEO and conversion optimization best practices.
