Salary: $81,000 - $173,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and deliver advanced technical instruction on ESRI software, OSINT techniques, and data engineering workflows.
• Coordinate with training stakeholders to align content with mission objectives and government priorities.
• Maintain training data tracking, reporting, and dashboard inputs for program performance visibility.
• Facilitate remote and in-person training sessions, including self-paced learning modules and graduation ceremonies.
• Implement post-training assessments and evaluations to refine curriculum and measure knowledge transfer effectiveness.
• Manage logistics for training events, including travel coordination and liaison activities with partner nations.

Requirements

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (Tier 5 investigation within the last 5 years).
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Intelligence, Data Science, or 5+ years of equivalent technical training experience.
• Expert knowledge in data engineering, geospatial analysis, and OSINT methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jupyter Notebooks, API integrations, and metadata management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
