Focus on maintaining subject matter expertise, conducting faculty evaluations, and supporting the Academic Excellence Program within a DoD environment.

What you will do

• Deliver professional development training and instructional support for multiple courses.
• Collaborate with course directors to ensure compliance with institutional and accrediting policies.
• Mentor and coach students while maintaining subject matter knowledge.
• Assist in curriculum development, student resource creation, and faculty evaluations.
• Manage classroom logistics, including equipment testing and attendance tracking.
• Support special projects such as writing continuity documents and presenting at eLearning symposiums.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching or educational support experience.
• Ability to attain and maintain DoD instructor qualifications.
• Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Must be able to travel and teach independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in AF Medical Service leadership or clinical settings.
• Qualified Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) instructor status.
• Master Instructor certification or 250+ teaching hours.
• Understanding of Air Force and military professional standards.
