What you will do

• Lead the outcome-focused delivery of ServiceNow ITAM capabilities (HAM & SAM).
• Contribute to the ServiceNow AI platform roadmap and strategy.
• Design, develop, and deploy features including integrations with 3rd party asset applications.
• Enforce technical governance policies and manage code quality control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Finance.
• Troubleshoot and maintain platform performance, reliability, and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or Mexico
• In-person interview required
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration in the ITAM domain.
• Proven experience implementing CMDB/CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, HAM, and SAM.
• Current implementation specialist certifications for ServiceNow Discovery, HAM, and/or SAM, plus System Administrator certification.
• Strong ITIL methodology competency and ability to perform pro-code development using Glide APIs.

Nice to have

• ArchX (Architecture Excellence) or Certified Technical Architect designation.
• Exposure to Performance Analytics, AI Control Tower, and GRC modules.
