What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Develop complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts using JavaScript, GlideScript, and Flow Designer.
• Create custom Service Portal widgets and UI components using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Manage integrations with external systems via REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to a team of ServiceNow developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.
• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher is required.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development.
• Proven ability to lead development teams in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Proficiency in designing complex integrations using Integration Hub.
