Salary: From €3,100 gross per month.

What you will do

• Design and develop complex IT systems and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Focus on Request Fulfilment and Catalog Items development.
• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders, UX designers, and analysts.
• Create technical documentation and ensure high-quality code standards.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in onboarding procedures.
• Actively participate in research and development projects.

Requirements

• Must have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Must have: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM) certification.
• 3+ years of project experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript within the ServiceNow context (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
• Understanding of ITIL v4 processes and mapping them to ServiceNow.
• English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of written and spoken German.
• Experience with agile projects (Scrum).
• Additional ServiceNow certifications.
