What you will do

• Design and maintain secure, scalable ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM modules.
• Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Configure core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge.
• Optimize Service Catalog items and workflows to improve usability and adoption.
• Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and platform stability.
• Collaborate with leadership and business partners to support a multi-year platform maturity roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience focused on ITSM modules.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Strong development experience with ServiceNow scripting and architecture.
• Proven experience supporting production environments and ITIL-aligned processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, stakeholder-facing environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CSA or Implementation certifications.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
• Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM), CMDB, and SAP integrations.
• Experience in complex environments and Agile delivery.
