What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions to enhance internal business operations.
• Serve as a senior technical expert, setting engineering standards, reviewing code, and mentoring team members.
• Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Improve engineering practices through automation, testing, DevOps principles, and CI/CD approaches.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying root causes and reducing technical debt across the platform.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Significant hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a senior or lead capacity.
• Deep technical expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, administration, and modules like ITSM, HRSD, and Integration Hub.
• Experience building scoped applications and automating testing with ATF.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
