What you will do

• Configure and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
• Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Conduct thorough testing to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust clearance.
• 6+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine and scripting.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of portal customization experience.
• Advanced experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
